Kalyn’s practice focuses on business counseling, corporate transactions, real estate, estate planning and probate matters. 

Kalyn received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Biology from the University of California, San Diego (BS, 2006; MS, 2008), and her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (JD, Cum Laude 2011). Kalyn is admitted to practice law before the courts of California, and before the Patent and Trademark Office.
